Introduction
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Auliza, a chatbot developed by Auliza. By accessing or using Auliza, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use or access Auliza.

License to Use Auliza

c) Use Auliza for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to violating any applicable laws, rules, or regulations;
d) Interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of Auliza, including by introducing viruses, worms, or other malicious code;
e) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Auliza or any systems or networks connected to it;
f) Use Auliza in any manner that may harm, harass, threaten, or defame any person or entity;
g) Use Auliza to transmit or facilitate the transmission of any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, or any other form of solicitation.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to Auliza, including any intellectual property rights therein, are owned by Auliza. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting you any rights, title, or interest in or to Auliza, except for the limited license granted under Section 3.
User Data and Privacy
By using Auliza, you acknowledge and agree that Auliza may collect, use, store, and process certain data about you and your usage of Auliza. This data includes but is not limited to, the information provided by you during registration, your messages sent through Auliza, and usage statistics. AULIZA AND THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AULIZA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT AULIZA WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL AULIZA OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF AULIZA OR THESE TERMS.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Auliza, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of Auliza, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
Termination
These Terms will continue to apply until terminated by either you or Auliza. You may terminate your agreement to these Terms at any time by ceasing your use of Auliza. Auliza may terminate these Terms at any time, without notice, if it determines, in its sole discretion, that you have breached any provision of these Terms or that your use of Auliza is prohibited by applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Auliza is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to These Terms
Auliza reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of Auliza following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
